Reservation Policy

General reservation conditions.  Everything you should know.

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of payment and cancellation in order to avoid possible misunderstandings.

PRICES:

Villa reservations are paid on the basis of the prices that are given on the day of the reservation.
The prices are quoted in euros and include all the legal taxes.
During the season if taxes change or there is a special promotion the prices may also change.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT :

Confirmation of reservation
In order to confirm your reservation, you must pay part (deposit = 50%) or the full amount of the cost.

Confirmation of your request

After reception of your deposit, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation as well as the confirmation of the amount of your deposit by e-mail.

Your reservation is cancelled, if we do not receive the proportional payment (advance) on behalf of you inside 48 hours (2 weekday days).

For reservations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date full settlement must be sent immediately.

Settlement must be made not later than 60 days before the date of your arrival.
With the full settlement, you will receive by e-mail the voucher with the dates of your stay and the exact details of your lodging.

Your stay includes all services mentioned on this voucher. Additional services are directly paid at the accommodation.
This voucher must be printed and shown at your arrival.

The receipt of payment will be given to you the day of your arrival.

PAYMENT TERMS:

- Credit cards
VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. Secured payment.

- Bank transfer
If your reservation is paid through a bank, kindly send us the deposit receipt by

The bank charges are paid by the payer.

- PAYPAL

- Personal checks are not accepted.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS :

Cancellation more than 60 days before the date of arrival :	Refund of 25% of the total cost
Cancellation 60 to 45 days before the date of arrival :	Refund of 20% of the total cost
Cancellation 45 to 30 days before the date of arrival :	Refund of 10% of the total cost
Cancellation 29 to 1 days before the date of arrival :	No refund
If the customer does not appear in accommodation the date of arrival :	No refund
If the customer discontinues the residence before the date of departure :	No refund

Central heating if needed: 20 euros per day
Aircondition is free of charge
